You might be experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, feeling sad, depressed, hopeless, lonely or feel like life is meaningless. Maybe your relationship is confusing and your mind is running all over the place. Or you were hurt by someone in the past, and the wound still stings. Maybe work has taken over your life, work from home isolates you, and your work-life balance is non-existent.

Our approach at A Kind Place is recognising that everyone is different and that no two problems are the same. We combine a person-centred approach, with mindfulness-based techniques, to help you gain more awareness of your life and lead a value-driven life.

Improving you mental health includes being aware and choosing to take action towards a healthier lifestyle that supports growth as a person on the inside and out.
