I am a graduate of the Master of Counselling programme at Monash University, with over 16 years of experience as an educator. I provide a calm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming space where clients can feel heard, supported, and understood.
I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions and periods of change, including career shifts, relationship changes, separation and divorce, relocation, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. I also support neurodivergent adults, including individuals with ADHD, in areas such as emotional regulation, self-understanding, executive functioning, relationships, and adjustment.
My approach is gentle and responsive, drawing from person-centred practice, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate principles from Gottman Method Couples Therapy in supporting relationship concerns.
I believe therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. I welcome clients from all walks of life and strive to create a warm, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
