A Partner in Your Journey

My career has been a journey from understanding how machines work to understanding the human heart. For over 20 years, I served as a senior leader in global corporations, where I witnessed firsthand how our personal well-being is deeply connected to our professional lives. It was this realisation that inspired my purposeful shift into counselling and coaching. My motivation is simple: to help you navigate life’s complexities with both clarity and compassion.

I believe you already possess the strengths needed for your journey; my role is to help you discover and apply them. My own CliftonStrengths—like Maximizer, Positivity, and Communication—shape my practice. I focus on what’s working, bring an encouraging energy, and strive to make our conversations clear and meaningful.

Whether you are facing a career transition, dealing with relationship conflicts, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or working through past trauma, I offer a safe and structured space for healing and growth. My approach is informed by my corporate experience, my Master’s in Counselling, and my certification in powerful tools like the MBTI and StrengthsFinder, which we can use to accelerate your self-awareness.

Your story matters. I would be honoured to listen and partner with you as you write its next, most empowering chapter.
