Ms. Adelyn Tan | Professional Counsellor

Hi! I’m Adelyn, a Counsellor and trained in Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I tailors the therapy to individual and group using Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT) and Mindfulness techniques.


In both professional and voluntary settings in the past 8 years, I experience worked with family with relationship issue, medical issues, financial issues, family violent, HIV family support and Ex-offenders support. I am experienced in formulating Self-Harm, Suicide Ideation and Family Violence treatment plans. I also have experience as a caregiver to support cancer patients.

I committed to providing social-emotional support in an empathetic and genuine manner in order to help clients regulate their emotions, address their life challenges and make positive changes in their lives. I believe everyone has capacity to change and to live a life with love and happiness.
