I am a registered member of Singapore Psychological Society and a registered Clinical Psychologist (Rehabilitation Council of India). With over 10years of experience, I have worked with diverse range of clientele across cultures and borders, including children, adolescents and Adults. I am extensively trained and proficient in psychological assessments and testing, and draw on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Emotion focused approaches to therapy.
I believe that mental health is not merely the absence of illness, but an ongoing journey toward wellness and self-growth. Cultivating a harmonious relationship with oneself and others is a vital step toward overall well-being. I strongly advocate for recognizing and fostering mental wellness as a fundamental component of development from early childhood. This approach plays a crucial role in preventing and managing mental health challenges later in life, and I hope it becomes a standard practice.
Life is ever-changing, and there are moments when we require support to navigate transitions, surmount challenges, or prepare for the future. My aim is to guide you through this process, empowering you through self-discovery, learning, unlearning and practice.
