With extensive experience across adult and child mental health services and clinical health psychology services in Singapore and London, I combine clinical expertise with collaborative, compassionate and person centred practice. My clinical work spans complex PTSD, severe and enduring mental illness, depression and anxiety, and neurodevelopmental and learning disability services. I am also adept in working with people experiencing psychological and emotional distress from the impact of long-term physical health conditions.
As a HCPC registered practitioner psychologist and accredited BABCP cognitive behavioural therapist, I am skilled in CBT, ACT, EMDR, chairwork, narrative therapy and specialist assessments. Calm, steady and deeply committed, my hope is to encourage, empower and be a supportive presence on your journey toward self-understanding, meaningful connections, health and flourishing.
