Dr Jonathan Ee (He/Him)

Senior Psychologist

Hello, I’m Jonathan. I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered in both Singapore and the United Kingdom, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to go through things alone.

I work with individuals across different stages of life who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of what they’re going through. This might include stress, relationship challenges, work-related concerns, or more complex emotional and mental health difficulties. I also support individuals who are navigating both emotional and physical health conditions, including chronic or life-limiting illnesses.

In our sessions, my aim is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood—without judgement. Everyone’s story is different, so I take the time to understand what matters most to you, including your strengths, your challenges, and your goals. I also offer psychological and cognitive assessments when it may be helpful in gaining deeper insight into how you think, feel, and cope.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR and many more. More importantly, I adapt these approaches to fit you—so that our work together feels practical, meaningful, and at your pace.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, cope with difficult emotions, or make changes in your life, I’ll walk alongside you in that process. My hope is that, over time, you’ll feel more equipped, more grounded, and more connected to what matters most to you.

Outside of therapy, I also conduct workshops and talks on mental wellness and stress management, and in my own time, I enjoy travelling, spending time with family, and practising mindfulness.

If you’re considering therapy, you’re already taking an important first step—and I’d be honoured to support you on that journey.
