Dr. Ong Mian Li is a clinical child and adolescent psychologist with over a decade of experience in the United States and currently practicing in Singapore.
Specializing in mood, anxiety, and behavior disorders, Dr. Ong has navigated diverse settings, including, but not limited to: medical and psychiatric hospitals, schools, outpatient settings.
With a keen focus on children and adolescents, Dr. Ong combines a wealth of experience with a deep
understanding of psychological intricacies. Known for a patient-centered approach, Dr. Ong excels in crafting personalized interventions that address the unique needs of each individual.
He is an expert in “third-wave” cognitive-behavioral strategies, incorporating mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies into therapeutic practices.
Beyond clinical proficiency, Dr. Ong is actively engaged in promoting mental health awareness through his nonprofit organization in the United States, Helping Give Away Psychological Science, and is actively involved in clinical research. He has also provided consulting and served as a panel expert for organizations including NTUC First Campus, Prudential Pacesetters Organization, ChannelNewsAsia and Mediacorp.
