Hypnotherapy

We provide hypnotherapy sessions in-person in Singapore.

At times memories and experiences can be so painful that we have kept them hidden and buried for a long time. Hypnosis puts you into a relaxed, calm, and focused state of mind, allowing you to turn your attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within yourselves that can help you make changes and regain control of your life. When you are in this relaxed state, you are able to be more focused and better respond to suggests. Our clinical hypnotherapist in Singapore specialises in working with clients to explore repressed memories such as abuse, instill a desire for healthy habits that can lead to weight loss, and help to relax and reprogram an anxious mind.

Hypnotherapy or hypnosis is not a replacement for therapy, instead, it can be used as a complementary approach to therapy. If you have been going for counselling for a long time and still feel stuck, it might be because there’s something in your subconscious mind blocking you. When you enter a clinical hypnosis treatment, that’s where you can explore your subconscious, work through that blockage, and have a smoother therapeutic journey in counselling.

We believe that everyone is equal and deserves to be treated fairly. We are LGBTQ friendly and a transgender safe space.
